It amazes us that this five pound baby girl that arrived five weeks early is ten years old. Sofia is maturing into a young lady with a heart that loves much. She loves people, she loves her family and she loves Jesus. She loves to try new cultural things and loves observing others. We are thankful for her heart that hurts for others.
We are thankful for the continued gift of prayer that so many of our friends and family give each November. This gift of prayer is having a great impact on her life. We also know that the other great impact on her life is the Word of God. For her 10th birthday Sofia received a new Bible. It has her name etched on the outside and inside of the back pages written down are the favourite Bible verses of family members.
Sofia, "wisdom of God", may you know the love of God is such a deep way from reading HIS WORD, seeking Him through PRAYER, and SERVING others.
Happy Birthday, sweet daughter. We love you so much.
